Board of Directors
Jeremy founded the Group in 1996 and, though his role has changed dramatically as the business has grown, he remains hands-on. Jeremy is a champion for better standards across the industry – believing 100% in the values of openness, honesty and transparency. It’s these values that have led the Group to the leading position it enjoys today.
Follow JeremyMatt has been with the Group since 2007 and has been instrumental in growing it to where it is today. He has an extensive background as a special investigator and a proven track record of driving innovative strategies that are pivotal to the Group’s ongoing success. His pragmatic leadership style combined with his commitment to a customer centric, ethical approach exemplifies his aspiration to revolutionise industry standards.
Heather joined the Group in 2019 bringing with her a wealth of experience from over 35 years’ in the insurance industry, including having worked directly for a number of insurers. She has an in-depth knowledge of the claims loss adjusting marketplace and is responsible for growing our propositions in support of our strategic plan. Heather joined the Board of Directors in January 2021.
A passionate advocate for operational excellence, best practice and customer service within the insurance claims sector, Owen has a wide range of specialisms and over 15 years’ of experience in regulated industries. Owen is known for leading highly successful operational innovations across both in-house and outsourced claims, harnessing technology and data to drive service excellence.
Non-executive Directors
With more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Rob joined the Group in 2019 following 16 years at a major insurer as both Claims and Transformation Director. He brings with him extensive market, claims and business process knowledge from an insurer’s perspective and provides a balanced competitor view to assist the senior management team.
Greg has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance sector with a wealth of knowledge of the mid-sized, large loss and complex claims market at CEO level. He adds further top-level operational expertise to the senior management team, having overseen governance requirements and led change programmes within successful and growing businesses.

With a career that has ranged from developing software for SME businesses, through to a Senior Technical Architecture position at a FTSE 100 plc, Tom has extensive expertise that he now brings to bear in the development of Claims Consortium Group’s technology platforms, Synergy Cloud and the wider business ecosystem. He brings his own brand of no-nonsense common sense to using technology to solve business problems.
Technology & DataWayne is responsible for the strategic application of data and analytics across the Group. With over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and loss adjusting industry, Wayne’s experience includes leading claims technical and operational strategies at a major insurer, leading a data transformation programme and a data science function start-up. Working closely with our market-leading software, Wayne’s application of data is instrumental to the Group’s provision of data as a service.
Technology & DataStuart has worked in the insurance and claims management industry for over 20 years and has experience working with both FTSE 100 insurers and a global loss adjusting firm. His experience spans technical property, motor and liability claims with a focus on third party liability and large loss. He is responsible for leading our Third Party Property Damage product to become a market leading and award winning specialist service. As Claims Director Stuart oversees our large loss, surveying, motor, subsidence and business interruption departments.
Claims ServicesDebbie has worked at the Group for more than 20 years, overseeing and developing the accounts and HR departments. In her role as Director of People and Culture she ensures talent management influences our business decisions and plans for growth. Debbie has led multiple award-winning schemes most recently winning an Insurance Post Diversity and Inclusion award for her Mental Health Initiative.
Sarah has over 20 years of expertise in contact centre leadership, specialising in customer service and relations within a global organisation. She drives high levels of operational success with an agile approach to handling complex scenarios and her ability to implement strategic visions. This, coupled with Sarah’s unwavering commitment to nurturing internal talent and delivering exemplary customer service, fosters a culture of excellence and innovation across the operational teams.
Claire’s extensive and varied experience in operations and contractor management makes her ideally suited to drive our supply chain strategy. She is responsible for accelerating the growth and diversity of our network in line with our overall Group strategy. An active member of the wider claims community, she has been President of Exeter Chartered Insurance Institute and part of the prestigious New Generation programme as well as regularly contributing to other industry events.
Supplier NetworkA chartered construction professional with insurance qualifications, Greg has extensive experience in the property insurance industry across all perils. He brings insight from a range of perspectives including his time working for a major UK insurer, a global loss adjuster and as a repairs contractor.
Joining the Group in 2012 as National Surveyor Manager, Greg was central to the early formation of our subsidence product in 2015, and now heads up this arm of the business. Greg is passionate about applying the right technical expertise at the right time to deliver the best outcomes for customers and clients.
Andy has a wealth of insurance and construction related knowledge having worked for leading insurers and loss adjusters for over 25 years in a range of roles including senior management and business development. As Managing Director, Andy is responsible for the development and delivery of the business strategy in line with the CEO’s vision.
Underground ServicesJim has extensive experience in the drainage industry for both local and national companies. His experience ranges from surveys at domestic properties to repairs at the Millennium Dome. With a strong belief in the core principles of the Group, Jim works to ensure this is carried through in everything that our Underground Service team does.
Underground ServicesGarry has over 30 years’ of claims experience within various insurance and loss adjusting firms and has specialised in investigations and counter fraud for over 20 years. He has dealt with major and complex losses across all classes of business in the UK and Overseas; saving millions for his clients in the process. In his role as Group Director of Investigations, Garry looks at alternative solutions for fraud identification and aligns investigations to client needs and expectations, utilising the best technological solutions alongside expertise to ensure delivery.
